THE PLOT:
The year is 1987 and America launches the last of it's deep space prob, Ranger 3 and it's lone astronaught William "Buck"
Rogers are thrown out of their trajectory which freezes his life support system which leaves him frozen in time for 500 years.
Returning home after the Dracolians thawed him out, he finds a world he never imagined. A world in which most of the
population was wiped out by a third world war. Everyone he knew or loved is dead. Now he has to make due while defending
the Earth from people who would destroy it like Princess Ardalla and Kaleel.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
This is one of my favorite series from when I was a kid, this and BATTLESTAR GALACTICA. The effects were cool, the monsters
when they had monsters were cool. The cast does a great job, supporting cast members of Tim O'Connor and Mel Blanc do great
jobs. The villians are cool, let's face it it's cool. I wish there were more monsters in the series, but what's perfect.
I give it...8 STARS
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
Again I agree with Zedd. Gil does a great job as Buck and I can't imagine anyone with his skill, his carisma or his wise
cracks. I wish they'd didn't use so much stock footage and the reuse of some models. But other then that, it was a perfect
series and I too give it...8 STARS.

- REUSING OLD SHIPS (The reuse of old ships.)

- NEEDS MORE MONSTERS (Alway thought it could use more monsters.)
