THE PLOT:
There is nothing wrong with your television. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. These are the words that chanced television
forever as one of the greatest sci-fi series in history begins. The Outer Limits, stories of monsters and robots. But hidden
within tale of the Outer Limits is a message of hope.
In THE GALAXY BEING, a man finds a way to communicate with a distant alien. In THE GUESTS, an alien probes human emotions
to find the key to why mankind has not detroyed itself like other violent spieces have. In THE MAN WHO WAS NEVER BORN a mutant
man travels back in time in order to stop the nuclear war that spawned him and in THE MUTANT, a research team is terrorized
when a crew member is mutated by unknown radiation.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Okay, I got to admit between Twilight Zone and Outer Limits I always preferred Outer Limits. It sickens me how many good shows
died after two seasons in the 1960s. F-Troop, Addams Family, Munters and Outer Limits all died after two season and what I
heard not always because of bad ratings. Some idiot exec decides he doesn't like a certain show and the hell with the ratings.
I'm glad that we the people have more say these days and another good reason I'm glad I missed the sixties. Anway back to
the OUTER LIMITS of television. The reason why I like Outer Limits more then Twilight Zone is Outer Limits have more monsters,
they have more interesting plot lines. Outer Limits gave it's message without beating you in the head, not that Twilight Zone
did. But some modern shows and movies have a tendency to do that. Some of the climaxes of the shows were kind of sad, and
some of the monsters were a tad goofy. But as a whole I liked Season one. 9 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd on this. I was there in the sixties, thank God today dying shows that have a cult following have other
choices. There are letter writings campains and it can picked up by another channel. Stay tuned for the upcoming Outer Limits
Episode Guide. I give Outer Limits 9 STARS as well.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ STORIES (The stories were always well written.)
+ ACTING (Powerful emotional proformances from the casts.)
+ MONSTERS (More monsters then Twilight Zone.)
+ MORALS (Always a moral to the stories, without beating it to death.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- SLOW (Some of the episodes got a little slow.)
- GOOFY (Sometimes the monsters were a little goofy.)
...AND FINALLY...
- FAN BASED (If you aren't big on sixties TV, then this isn't for you.)
