THE PLOT:

The Science Patrol protects the Earth from alien and earthbound threats. Hayata was on a mission searching for a reported UFO when he collides with a second UFO, the pilot saves Hayata's life by merging with him and gives him the Beta capsule which in moments of danger allows him to transform into Ultraman.

This is the story of how the Science Patrol with Ultraman's help keeps the world safe from invasion from space and below our feet.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

If you've been reading the episode guide for the past two years then you know I am a fan of this show, even if some of the monsters are a tad baggy and strange. But this show has good characters, fantastic model effects and the right amount of action. Of course some episodes are better then others but that's expected in a TV show, 9 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

Ultraman has been and always will be one of my favorite shows, I have found memories growing up with it on channel 52 and seeing it again only reminds me of how great it truly is. 10 STARS.

+ MODELS (Always good.)
+ ACTION (Plenty of action to go around.)

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

- BAGGY (Some of the costumes were baggy.)

...AND FINALLY...

- FAN BASED (If you aren't big on giant monsters then this isn't for you.)
