THE PLOT:

The biggest mistake of the Cold War is still alive, it has found a way to escape and is terrorizing a small town. Two local scientist start to investigate the deaths and discover that the creature they've been looking for is like no shark they've ever seen and find out it's not safe in or out of the water.

ZEDD'S OPINION:

The creature effects is amazing, the cast does a great job and another great story from the creator of Jaws. Even though it's still somewhat the same basic theme as his other work it's nice to see Peter Benchley branch out slightly from just normal every say sea creatures. The Sharkman as I like to call him is one cool creature. 9 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:

I agree with Zedd on this, but there are some minor complaints that I would like to address, there are some minor character issues and there is a issue with the length at 240 minutes is a little long for my taste. However at around 13 us dollars at places like AMAZON.COM it is worth the money. 8 STARS

ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):

...AND FINALLY...

- FAN BASED (If you aren't big on sea monster stories, then this isn't for you.)
